"Our vision is to ensure that every cat is given the chance of a life where it will be treated with kindness and an understanding of its needs."
If you would like to give a home to any of these cats please contact our Helpline or use the Homing Form |
All of our cats are health checked, vaccinated, micro-chipped, de flea'd and wormed. Cats 5 months and older will be neutered. Also, we will arrange for 6 weeks free insurance with Petplan, from the date of adoption. Accordingly, we hope that you will feel able to make a donation in the region of £75 towards our veterinary and other costs. Please note that the cost of neutering a kitten will fall to the new owner at the appropriate time.
These lovely mature gentlemen look much younger than their age and are very spritely. Alfie is tabby & white - Arnie is black & white. They are very gentle and affectionate - Alfie dribbles with pleasure when he's being stroked, and he loves to greet everyone who visits. Arnie is a little less confident but equally loving when he knows and trusts you. They are looking for a quiet home together, with a secure garden - they both like to go out. They are looking for a home with no young children. As two of our special Golden Oldies we can give assistance with vet bills if required.
Last update: 18 Aug 2010Alexandra needs a home with someone very special - a real cat lover, and someone who will understand her little foibles. She was abandoned at an animal welfare centre with a note saying she had "gone a bit mad", and she certainly has her "moods". She will only let you near her when she's in a good mood and then she will sit next to you and let you stroke her, but her mood can suddenly change and she will let you know she's had enough in no uncertain terms! She will gel with one person (one very patient and understanding person, preferably female as she's not keen on men!)Because of her unique temperament she would need a quiet home with an experienced cat owner, and with no children. She doesn't really like other cats or dogs, although she can sometimes be fine. All in all, she's quite a challenge but think how rewarding it would be to get her to trust you!
